This notice explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to our website and to the services and events we provide.
1.Who we are
All In Good Company Experiences Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We are a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number: 17211679
- Registered office: 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ, United Kingdom
- Contact: office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk
2.The information we collect
We only collect information we actually need. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message when you contact us or make an enquiry.
- Event and booking information — such as booking details, confirmation that you are 18 or over, and any accessibility or dietary requirements you choose to share.
- Technical information — when you visit the website, our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. See section 8 on cookies.
3.How and why we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under UK data protection law:
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and supporting our business, and to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To provide and manage our services, events and bookings — to perform our contract with you.
- To send you updates or marketing — only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations — to comply with the law.
4.Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:
- Trusted service providers who help us run our business — for example, website hosting, email, and (where relevant) payment and booking providers, who act on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, or authorities and regulators, where we are required to do so by law.
5.Storing and transferring your information
We take appropriate measures to keep your information secure. Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information is protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
6.How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it. As a general rule we keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and we keep booking and financial records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. We may keep some information longer where the law requires it.
7.Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information;
- ask us to transfer your information to another organisation; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please email office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
8.Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not currently use non-essential or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.
9.Other websites
Our website may link to other sites we do not control. This notice does not apply to those sites, so please review their own privacy notices.
10.Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
11.How to contact us & complaints
If you have any questions about this notice or how we handle your information, please email office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
